We do not accept returns or exchange of our products for change of mind, or ordered incorrectly.
If an item arrives damaged please notify us via email within 48 hours of delivery to arrange a replacement and return of the damaged item. While we will take the utmost care in packaging orders for safe delivery, damages can occur and we will rectify as soon as possible.
If an item is defective or fails within 30 days please contact us immediately to discuss replacement parts or replacement to be sent out.
A copy of your receipt will be required and pictures of the issue to be reviewed to be emailed to the below address.

We will ship your order within 3-5 business days of receiving your order and full payment from Sydney. Shipping will be made through Australia Post unless prior arrangements have been made with a courier service. Shipping times will apply as per Australia Post times frames at the time of placing your order. These times can change during high volume times of the year e.g. Christmas Holidays.
You will receive a confirmation and tracking details once your order has been processed and dispatched.
Please ensure the delivery address is true and correct when placing your order as lost or undelivered orders will not be replaced.
We do not ship orders on weekends or New South Wales public holidays.
Currently we are only shipping orders within Australia but please send an email of you would like a quote for an international order as freight will have to be specially arranged.
